FAQ

Questions about laminate.

Laminate or LVP?

Both give a wood look. Laminate has a harder, more scratch-resistant surface; LVP is fully waterproof. For kitchens, baths and basements we usually recommend LVP.

Can laminate go in a kitchen?

Water-resistant laminate can work in kitchens if spills are wiped up quickly. We will tell you which products are rated for it.

How long does installation take?

Most homes take one to three days depending on size and prep.
