The SPC planks we install are 100% waterproof, so spills and pet accidents will not swell them. Standing water should still be wiped up so it does not reach the subfloor at the walls.
Often it can go over tile or a flat vinyl floor. Carpet and damaged floors must come out. We check flatness and moisture during the visit.
Yes. We install matching stair nose pieces on each step so the stairs flow into the floor.
Most homes take one to three days depending on size, removal and leveling. You can walk on it right away.
